What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared for shipment the same day or the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • Worldwide: 2–8 business days

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed, including your tracking number.
What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping on all orders over 150€ within Europe.

For orders below this amount, shipping fees apply:

  • France: 5.25€
  • Europe: 14.85€
  • Worldwide: 33.25€
What is the return policy?

You have 15 days to return an item if it is defective or does not suit you. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The 10% “first order” discount is not subject to this rule.

How does the Colors of Surfing gift card work?

Choose between a physical gift card or a digital gift card.

  • Physical: Receive a printed gift card at home, or have it sent directly to the person you want to gift it to. You can personalize it with a message.
  • Digital: Receive the same gift card by email. This option can also be personalized with a message.

In both cases: The gift card can be used on the Colors of Surfing website with a unique code, or directly in our store in Biarritz.

It is valid on all products and brands available both in-store and online.
