RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind? No worries — we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
Items may be exchanged or refunded as long as they meet the return criteria listed below.

Return Deadline & Item Eligibility

If your items are defective or do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Returned items must be:

  • new and unused

  • in perfect condition

  • in their original packaging, when applicable

Return Fees

As a small, independent brand, we do not cover return shipping costs.
You are responsible for return fees unless the item is defective.

Sale Items

All items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.
(This does not apply to our 10% “first order” discount.)

Refunds

If your return meets the conditions above, Colors of Surfing will refund the items within 15 days of receiving the goods.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect, incorrect items received, or any error on our part.

Return Process

Before returning any goods, please contact customer service at hello@colorsofsurfing.com and provide:

  • your reason for return

  • your full contact details

  • the date and reference of your order

RETURN POLICY

In-Store

Changed your mind? No worries — we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
In-store returns are accepted for new, unused items within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
Returns can be made for store credit or exchange only.

Please note: we do not provide printed receipts.
If you choose not to receive a digital receipt (email or SMS), we will be unable to process a return.
