What are the shipping and delivery times?
Our packages are ready for shipment the day of the order or the following business day. Delivery time are the following 1-2 Business day France3-5 Business day Europe2-8 Business day worldwide.
What is the return policy?
If the articles are defective or do not suit you, you can return them to us within 15 days of the date of receipt of your order, as evidenced by the postmark. Products will be exchanged or refunded. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
How does the Colors of Surfing gift card work?
Choose between the physical gift card or the digital gift card.
- Physical: Receive the printed gift card directly at home, or send it straight to the person you want to gift it to.You can personalize it with a small message.
- Digital: Receive the same gift card by email.You can also personalize it with a small message.
In both cases: The gift card can be used on the Colors of Surfing website with a unique code, or directly in our store in Biarritz.It is valid on all products and brands available in-store and online.
