Delivery & Returns
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared for shipment the same day or the next business day.
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- Worldwide: 2–8 business days
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed, including your tracking number.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on all orders over 150€ within Europe.
For orders below this amount, shipping fees apply:
- France: 5.25€
- Europe: 14.85€
- Worldwide: 33.25€
What is the return policy?
You have 15 days to return an item if it is defective or does not suit you. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The 10% “first order” discount is not subject to this rule.

Surfboard rentals
Can I rent a surfboard from you guys?
Of course, you can rent a surfboard at Colors!
You can book online, contact us by phone or email, or come directly to the shop to pick your surfboard — or simply grab one and head out for a surf! We always have plenty of options, but if you have a specific shape in mind, it's definitely best to book it in advance.
What types of surfboards do you offer?
We offer surfboards for experienced surfers, featuring some of the best locally shaped models.
Twin, fish, bonzer, midlength, logs — explore a stunning collection of high-quality, original surfboards crafted by French shapers. We have over 30 boards available.
Can I swap surfboards during my rental?
Yes of course — you have full access to our surf rack and unlimited board swaps.
It’s one surfboard per rental, but you can switch as often as you like, depending on the conditions or simply what you feel like trying.
That way, you always get the right shape for the right spot at the right tide.
I’m a beginner — do you have a surfboard for me?
Unfortunately not — we focus on boards for experienced surfers and don’t have beginner surfboards.
But you’re more than welcome to stop by the shop anyway! We’d love to see you.
Products
Where are your products manufactured?
Colors of Surfing apparels are carefully crafted in Portugal using organic cotton.
As for the other pieces in our selection, they are chosen for their authenticity: local creations from the Basque Country, artisanal production, or durable materials made to last.
Gift Card
How does the Colors of Surfing gift card work?
Choose between a physical gift card or a digital gift card.
- Physical: Receive a printed gift card at home, or have it sent directly to the person you want to gift it to. You can personalize it with a message.
- Digital: Receive the same gift card by email. This option can also be personalized with a message.
In both cases: The gift card can be used on the Colors of Surfing website with a unique code, or directly in our store in Biarritz.
It is valid on all products and brands available both in-store and online.
